@AllycatAD Have you ever tried to stop something literally the size & weight of car with an arrow? Plus the thing with polar bears is, if we decide you're lunch, then you better have a snowmobile or a longgun!😂
@Guardian Tolkien elven archers are only a story, myth, fantasy, but since you want to to go with real life ok there are weapons that will take out a charging polar bear before the bear reaches you. most hunting rifles, large caliber pistols
weapons most won't use the M134 minigun, usually mounted on a vehicle fires 100 rounds per second or 6,000 rounds per minutes. basically turn the bear head into mush.
Railgun, I don't see this used but if you managed to hit a bear with this there would be nothing left, period maxed projectile speed from a railgun has been clocked at Mach 7, Since it uses electromagnetics it takes a great deal of power to fire.
