With Windows 10 going EOS after Oct 14, what is your plan?

My plan is to make a bootable USB of Win 10 Pro that doesn't require an internet connection or a Microsoft account to do installs (and re-installs) and keep on chugging for the time being.

I don't use a Microsoft account with my existing Win 10 pro install.

You can use Windows 11 without a Microsoft account too (that's my daily driver in fact)
