why does windows 11 get terrible reviews

i'm soon due to buy a new windows 11 computer, i will have 2 computers then, my windows 7 desktop computer and a new windows 11 computer....but can anyone explain to me why windows 11 gets a bad write up? bad reviews.

can you not do on windows 11 what you could do on windows 7 for example.. thanks.

I just bought a new computer with windows 11. It's a little different and took some getting used to but I like it and can do everything that I need to do.

privacy concerns .. it takes a screen shot ever few seconds and put them in the cloud.. for some who cares for others it can be used against them
