Basically towards the end of the story, the writer says, even if you're not able to upgrade your computer to Windows 11, it's a good excuse to run out and treat yourself to a new desktop or laptop.
What if you can't afford a new desktop or laptop computer, then what? LOL. I mean really, these people act as if everyone's rich, everyone has money, and the truth of the matter is, most people aren't rich, most people don't have a savings.
Sorry for the rant, I just saw that, oh go out and get a new computer, it just came across as if like everyone's on the same level and it's just not the case.
