Mine is not "smart", though I did own one for about six months a few years ago: an LG2017 as I recall; clumsy, heavy, bulky, very difficult to use. I sold it and bought a basic type.

Although it is next to me now and switched on, it spends more time off than on, and I leave it at home when I go out locally.

No. I only use it to receive or make calls or texts. If it doesn't ring, I don't look at it.

Basically I never look at it.
