Microsoft is sort of forcing consumers to migrate to Win11, by with drawing support for Win 10 on your personal computer. Have you had experience with this migration? Is it worthwhile to migrate?

My old windows 10 desktop is getting senile.. So after I migrated to Linux Zoran with my spare and laptops. (supplied by my old job) I saw a refurb deal too good to resist that comes with Windows 11 installed free. So I guess I will soon know what its like..😷

@VeronicaJane Its definitely the computer. The hard disk loses small things and it fails to boot properly regularly and now and then decides it is all too hard and turns off. Its served me long and well and deserves its place in toaster heaven..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman It has served long and admirably then. A nice refurb is definitely the way to go, unless you're a high powered gamer or calculating the orbits for comets and asteroids in your spare time...

@VeronicaJane A rebuilt Dell with i7 processor, a new SSD, good graphics card and Windows 11 Pro installed for $199 delivered was hard to pass up..😷

@VeronicaJane Yes. Box with a lot of plug ins and a power lead that plugs into the wall. Box only. No monitor, keyboard or mouse.😷
