@uikakarotuevegeta never had to replace whatever that is you mentioned and my laptop worked fine for years. It’s all about maintenance in your laptops settings.

@Moneyonmymind thermal paste has to be replaced eventually, unless you don't care about your CPU overheating and dying prematurely
