Chrome book or hp laptop?

For me, I would use. Laptop for the memory/speed. My daily uses require a larger memory. I love Chromebooks and desire their small and lightness.

I'd take the win10 laptop. I'd install free software called Classic Shell that gets rid of the advertising billboard that MS put on the Win10 start menu. Windows System for Linux is getting pretty decent, so you can also install an instance of Ubuntu or something if you're so inclined.

i had a chrome book. i didnt like it it was too small and it didnt scroll nicely

I've never been a fan of laptops. I prefer my home built pc.
