I left its hard drive and everything to dry for almost 3 days .

Your prayers have been answered, it is miraclously working but the screen is wetter than my panties during breasts rubs 🥺

So imma learn how to open that thing up. Is it safe to use a hairdryer? @Elessar

A hairdryer should be safe, but if there's water on the outside, there may be water on the inside. You might wanna put it in rice.

I would open it up and then use a dry piece of cloth instead of a hairdryer.

@Miram I've been fixing my sis and father's mess for years now. I don't get how people like you and my sister manage to drown your laptops. Lol

And btw, since the laptop is still wet, I strongly recommend you not to turn it on before it's dried well.

I wasn't home when it happened. I came back to my bag soaking wet and it had my laptop in it.

My baby nephew accidentally poured 1litre of water over it. He is just 4.
