But the new laptops don't come with disc drives, huh? At least not the ones made by HP. Well shit, I guess I missed the memo on how outdated compact discs really are. 馃檮

Not just compact discs, but also dvds and blu-rays :-(

They're not out of date so-much as bulky I think.

@sometimeslonelytoo This is true, they ultimately are trying to make these devices thinner and thinner, and the DVD reader is just something they can't make any smaller.
