Because like real apple cider they are very expensive!
BTW when you juice an apple you get apple cider. Not apple juice. Apple juice is compressed and strained. Not juiced.
Anything apple though has a tremendous over pricing. They are considered proprietary for a reason, which is why it's expensive to get anything apple fixed.
They want you to buy new, not fix anything.
