remove MDM profile on iphone 11 [I Have An iPhone]

How can I get rid of the MDM profile from an iphone 11 running IOS 14.x? I want fully unlock the phone so it's just a like a brand new raw device without any restrictions on use.

I don't have the password for the MDM profile. I tried the passfab iphone unlocker but that software doesn't have support for removing mdm profiles on the latest IOS versions.

I don't have itunes or an apple ID set up on the phone since I did a factory reset to remove all the non-original apps, but the MDM profile is still there.

@SW-User I use Android phones - the iphone is one that worked forced me to accept and I refuse to use it for that reason. ;-) I'll check that link out thanks.

@Ryozo The company refuses to support the Android ecosystem. Top-level executive decisions about technologies to be deployed to coal face staff. Forcibly - accept or lose job basically. hence the reason I accepted, but refuse to use the device.

Factory reset doesn’t remove an Apple ID

@SW-User It deleted everything to do with it from the phone (I set one up to try and install some 3rd party apps but decided I don't want to have an apple iD), so it's now a fully raw phone (I've got no SIM in it currently) except for the MDM profile.
