Advice Please from MacBook Owners

My MacBook Air is running Sequoia 15.7.3 very happily. I keep being prompted to download Tahoe 26.2. Does anyone have any experience of, or advice on, making this transition? I'm am always worried about changing the OS that was installed initially.

I have a MacBook Air and I have Tahoe 26.2 running. I have had no adverse issues (so far).
