can anyone remind me on how to clear cookies on my computer

[c=003BB2][i]i still use windows 7, and i have a problem at the moment with youtube videos not playing, and buffering....so i'm thinking my computer needs a clean or some sort, such as cleaning cookies or cleaning out temporary files, whatever....can anyone assist me?[/i][/c]
