Anyone that knows about computers think this is a good price for a used one?

Guy selling one used, it's not high spec or anything laptop is . 4GB ram, 500 GB hard drive, Windows 10 installed, originally OS was Windows 7. Intel Pentium processor with a clock speed of 2.0. 15, 6 hd screen, with a 2 hour battery life when unplugged. Selling for 200 euros? It seems a bit over priced or do you think it's fair?

overpriced.. got a microsoft tablet for a better price than that.. and it solid.

mine is windows ten and you add a sd card to it for more storage.. i can also play movies from the tablet to the tv using a link cable.. it last 10 hours on a charge. check them out
