@KiwiBird Yes. It is sad that we have to check autocheck. I had a problem with an order for my niece's bridal dinner that is coming up. Some of the gourmet food was delayed. One of the things she wanted was cheese curds so we hooked her up. Anyway, because of the delay they came all melted together and looked like a log. I typed in my message, "As you can see from the photographs attached, the package looks like one giant cheese turd." The rep had a sense of humor and suggested I flush it and they would refund my money so I could reorder and threw in express shipping credits so we could get them in time.
