Real physical SIM's vs e-SIM's - which do you think is better and why?

Real physical SIM's convey a lot more security by the fact they are a physical thing.

e-SIM's on the other hand are not a physical thing and by inference are not secure in our view of the tech.

Neither of us have a phone that doesn't use real SIM's, but perhaps in the future there won't be real SIM's at all.
