Different Clocks

Ok this has been bugging me for a while. My phone clock is two minutes ahead of my work laptop and TV. I thought they would all have the same time?

Are they all pointing to the same WiFi router? I suspect that the laptop and TV are pointing to the WiFi router, and the phone is getting its date/time info from your cell supplier.
