Same thing happened here in Adelaide a month back. Except it was a hot day and the person had sealed the pups in and airlock dog food bag and left them in the bin at a park. The lady who found them adopt some. The culprit hadn't been found yet.

@Thevy29 this upsets me in so many ways. wherever this behavior comes from, its that part of humanity which makes all that is wrong with the world: famines, war, violence, neglects, inequalities. hurting a puppy comes from the same dark side of humans as any other atrocities ever committed by them.

@reflectingmonkey And with a story like this you'd think they would keep you up to date with the investigation. But sadly they don't and cruelty to animals continues.
