Snow isn’t the issue in SE Texas because it melts on the roads. Icy roads is what the issue is here. Especially the black ice.

Around here all they got to do is forecast snow and everyone goes into a panic, they start cancelling before one flake drops

It’s not so much as when it falls, how cold it is and how road conditions are prior to busses running their routes. Some of the back roads in the hills and mountains here can be treacherous.

Literally any amount and conditions where the roads are slippery and hazardous.😊

All you need is the weatherman to say the word SNOW and they close the schools here in NC

They rarely cancel school in NYC

heck you don't need snow to cancel schools. just ask the science "Experts" and "data" of this so called virus
