This wee darling won't let me sleep.

She wakes me up at dawn by pulling the blinds up at dawn and by clawing at my Bipap machine which is expensive and sensitive. Then the "love" scratches and nips begin.
She doesn't want food or water or games or cuddles: she just wants me UP.
Anyone have a similar situation?

I did. I changed that by putting out extra food the night before and leaving the sliding door slightly ajar all night. He is so absorbed by the outside he has forgotten to bother me.

Another thing that helped me was that I faked like I was going to hit him when he kept clawing at my hair. He poked a sharp claw into my scalp, so I lunged with my arm like I was going to smack him and he ran.

He is still loving, trusts me as much as he will ever trust anyone or anything, but he doesn't pull that stuff when I am sleeping anymore.

@4meAndyou I always leave food in their bowls at night.
But they definitely stay in overnight. For the sake of local wildlife and not being run over.

@Cavedweller My little guy can't go outside either. I live on the 4th floor of an apartment building, and when I open the sliding door it's like opening a window, with the screen closed.
