Wouldn't this be great if they teamed up a homeless person with each dog.
Solve two problems at once, as well as give free care for the dog, and companionship for both.

@OogieBoogie Most homeless people are drunks and drug users, and they would cuckie up the environment so that it would no longer be nice for the dog.
