I’m with my friend’s brother for a week and they have this dog which is cute and friendly and well trained…

but really damn stinky. It’s like you smell it before you hear or see it. If I was super close I’d tell him to wash his damn dog - but It’s not my house or place - and I can’t ask my friend to… she and her bro have a difficult relationship. How would you handle this?

If the dog is really bothering you that much, either offer to take him for a walk...and "accidentally" take him to a groomer for a bath...OR just tell your friend the smell is overwhelming to you, and go to a hotel.
