Yup, that’s a bad case. Trim the ear hair back. The vet should have a steroid ointment or drops to relieve the discomfort.

Has he been tested for allergies? They’re pretty common with Golden Retrievers. It’s a guess for sure, but it could be something in his kibble. It can’t hurt to ask about a hypoallergenic diet. You can add fish oil to his diet. You should bathe him with an oat based shampoo every other week.

Without going nuts, remove as much dust and dander from the areas he commonly sleeps in.

If the infections are frequent vs seasonal, you might ask the vet to take a sample of the wax/secretion and have it tested for common allergens.
Golden retriever? I've had golden's my whole life, and the ears can be a problem to keep clean. Any known allergies? Pollen? Food? Skin condition such as pyoderma?without understanding the underlying cause of the inflammation, your only option is increased regular ear cleaning. Remove as much hair around the ear canal are as possible. Regular ear flushes with Novalsan or similar product. Keep the ear a dry as possible.
trim that fur away so it doesn't stay moist, GENTLY wipe his ears clean several times per day. I know it's more money, but you might consider seeing a different vet to get another opinion and or treatment option.
If the ear canal stays sopping wet constantly it encourages infection. Wrap the tip of your finger with a paper towel and wipe all that excess off before you add more drops.

I spoke to my vet today again and he offer me another consultation which he already had 3 and on last one he took sample of his infection so he should know how to treat it but he want to give me another steroid which not helping him with his infection
Might need a diet change as well. Maybe stick with chicken and rice for a week and see how it goes.

Yup! He's allergic to something in his food. What I ended up doing is putting him and her on Apoquil. We also got rid of the grain free diet. Bad for their hearts. They are doing fine with an occasional ear wash. .

I hope he's better soon 🤗 se good advice about allergy and diet.
There are online vet forums you can ask on for different opinions. I'll try and find a link.

Its cocker spaniel and thank you i will try keep it dry and clean all the time
Don't stick anything in his ear. It'll push the ear wax in and clog ut up.
