To neuter or to not neuter..?

So I really didn't want to because I feared that Bruno would change and he has...
He's become aggressive, more stubborn, hard or hearing and now isn't very nice to other unneutered dogs.

I'm really upset.
I feel like I've made the biggest mistake of his life!
He bit me today because we were in my office and a colleague is nervous of him.
He wasnt having any of it.
I held his leash and he just kept biting it and then my finger until he did actually bite me.
I didnt know he cut the skin until he started licking it.

@4meAndyou thank you for this website...
I think there's an issue with the woman who claims to be afraid of dogs.
I think she is either intimidated by me or just anxious being in my presence.
I have noticed 2x now she has been off when I'm around, the first time she made a very off comment to me. "That often home sewing looks homemade".
This was after our boss mentioned I sew clothes etc.

Then again today with Bruno. She kept giving him really odd looks but she looked stressed.
It was only after my boss called him over that she mentioned her "allergies".
Later on she said she was nervous of dogs.
She is nervous. A mention of the term people of colour was made and how its not so appropriate. I then said I'm not so hot on it since "I'm not coloured in". (another time to dive into this)
Anyways we all laughed and it was supposed to be humourous but it seemed to make things awkward for her.
I'm getting vibes... Not nice one's either.

Was this what he was picking up on? I'm not entirely sure but one thing I know is that he hates being tied up and restricted and he definitely made that clear.

Sorry for the long reply

@Mellowgirl Perfectly okay for the long reply. Yes, it's true that dogs, (and people), can tell when someone is nervous around them, or afraid. When I was a child, we had neighbors who came over often, and they were terrified of dogs. Our dogs were kept out in the back yard when they visited, but my understanding is that frightened or nervous behavior in strangers can trigger a dog.
