The brown and white one is Eve.
I named her mostly after the other robot from the movie WALL-E, but also from the Biblical character of the same name. Either way, the reasoning is the same. I was inconsolably lonely, and I was hoping a dog would help with that. Just like Adam and WALL-E, Eve was meant to help me with the void in my life.
The goofy looking one closest to the camera is Fenris.
I named him after the infamous wolf of Norse mythology that is prophesized to kill Odin during the events of Ragnarök. He's a scary looking dog. He looks like you blended all the big mean security dogs out there into one. And his heterochromia makes him look magical or mystical in a certain way, so I had to give him a fitting name from the pantheon of legendary beings.
I almost named him Ares at first because he looks like he was bred for war, but I didn't want to scare other dogs from playing with him by giving him such a menacing name
