My dog is psychotic.

My dog keeps biting and attacking me. He has shown signs of aggression since I first got him but now at 2 years old he is way more aggressive towards me, other dogs and people idk how to correct him without him attacking me. This morning he bit my hand all because I tried to grab him because he kept barking all crazy at someone walking by our door. He's a small a breed a cotton de tulear bolognese mix the dog who was his mother was just like him agressive dominant type. Everyone tells me to leave him but I don't want to give up on him. I'm looking for ways to see how I can get him to be less agressive he is an obedient smart animal but he has an aggression issue.

My little dog Charlie started to bite after I left the ex and moved to a place with just me and him.

It seems some small breeds like the Maltese only do well with another dog around, or an entire family. Charlie started to bite me when I tried to leave him at home by himself. I would put my purse down near my ankles so he could only bite the purse, but he learned to go in over or under...got me good, once.

This aggressive behavior is the dog establishing his dominance over you. The ONLY way you can cure this is to take him to a dog trainer, and learn how to establish your own dominance.

Regarding the barking, this sounds cruel, but you will have to buy a barker breaker dog collar. Two little electrodes will administer a tiny shock every time the dog barks, and with small breeds, they will yap ALL the freaking time if you allow it.

I used it on my dog Cocoa, and my little dog Sugar, before I got Charlie, and after 1 week Sugar stopped barking, and after 3 weeks Cocoa finally learned.

It is NOT cruel to the dog. It is cruel to your neighbors to let your dog bark all the time.

Dogs can sense danger. If you are afraid that he will bite you, he can sense that and will be more likely to bite. You need to remain calm around him and trust him. It makes a difference. You can also try a thunder collar or thunder coat which are supposed to calm your dog of anxiety he may have. I hope this helps in someway. Maybe you should contact your vet for better advice on what to do

There was a little white dog like that at an apartment complex that would whimper and cry when he was outside and of course you wanted to do something to see if he was OK or got locked out of his apartment or whatever….I approached as he was whimpering and tried to talk to him to calm him down and he just about tore into me snapping and growling and barking.

awww it looks cute there perhaps it will cost to solve your issue but have you tried a dog trainer / obedience class or the other alternative is see some dog sanctuary can take him if you cannot handle it .that may sound a cop out and break your heart doing so [pinkglitter]
Has he been fixed yet?

His face. "What'd I do???" So many memories of rasing dogs.
