Anyone want a cat that won’t stop destroying my stuff

She’s gonna give me a stroke I swear. I can’t hang my jacket up because she wont stop using it as a damn scratching post. I’ve already lost one jacket to her already. Seriously as much as I love her she is an expert on driving me crazy.

I remember seeing a post somewhere about how a cat wouldn't stop climbing on top of a fishtank, but then the owner just put half a lemon on the top of the tank,

then the cat wouldn't go near it,

if there is a chest of drawers or stool near by, maybe moving it close to wear you hang your jacket and put cut up lemon there could deter her?

@Captainjackass Some lemon oil with water in a spritzer? spray it on you jacket and not on the cat tho, it's no good for them in they ingest it
