Wow!!! Adorable ferals!!! A friend of a friend is feeding 10 ferals right now...probably soon to be 20 ferals, because he refuses to take them in to be spayed or neutered...free of charge.

@4meAndyou No one is poisoning cats here. They do however, put out live traps to catch them and relocate them. The place is overrun with these invasive troublemakers. Everyone is removing bird feeders because they become a magnet for these cats to catch and kill birds. It’s not a good scenario

@carpediem One problem, also, with feral cats, is the fleas. I used to work with an Alzheimer's patient who broke her hip, and she continually fed the feral cats, and asked us, also, to put food out for them. It wasn't surprising to me that her HOUSE cat soon came down with fleas. She just couldn't understand why he was licking off huge strips of his own fur.
