Do you scold your cats when they catch mice and birds?

I've always kept them away from them; indoor cats.. I did love when my cat would chatter with his lips, vibrate his whole body, when birdies would land 3' away and he could have torn the screen to get at them, but he chose to imagine he couldn't.
