@MrW888 If someone said, "You're welcome," to me when I should have apologize to him or her, it would confuse me. I don't understand why someone would say that after someone else apologizes. Usually when someone apologizes, the other person says that it's okay, it's not a problem, it's not a big deal, "no worries," or he or she forgives him or her.
