I Hate When People Apologize Without Any Reason

One of my pet peeves is hearing people apologize when they haven't done anything wrong such as walking towards you, but not stepping aside. You don't need to apologize for that.

I don't apologize anymore if I bump into someone by accident because there was one time when I did and I received a very negative reaction from someone. I kept apologizing while the person was furious at me, walking away and he kept looking at me as if he wanted to hurt me.
