@Bexsy Gawd, I miss the days of being able to go so long without eating. But I become so unbearable, even to myself, when I’m in a calorie deficit like that.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart since childhood I have not been able to eat in the morning at all. Just the thought makes me queasy.

By time lunch comes around, if i eat that. That's my meal. Usually i wait couple more hours and just have dinner instead
