Creepy friend

I have this friend who rarely talks to me unless she needs something I will never hear from her, yesterday I told her something really private that I don't want anyone to know and she freaking screenshot our conversation and saved it!!! WTH why are some people like this?? You can't tell anyone anything anymore.
