Why do people make announcements about diversity?

Lol……. in some cases I find myself wanting to say, “wow, so nice of you to accept me in your privileged, superior world. I’m ever so grateful.”

@WowwGirl You’re misreading what I said. I was referring to those who seem proud of surrounding themselves with a diverse group of people and feel a need to announce it.
