You have two people that apply for the Job.
One is a white male with over 30 years medical experience and the other is a black male that has worked as a janitor for the past 30 years.
Who do you hire?
Under the DEI Guidelines, You are required to hire the black male janitor for the position and never ever the experienced white male.

That's how DEI was being used.
