What percentage of people do you think are certifiably crazy and need mental health help?

Possibly need to be locked up for a while till they improve?

I was just thinking about FIVE people I have met, or who live in my building, who fill the bill.

I think that's about 20% of the people I see regularly.

that number sounds about right. They told us in my high school psychology class that one out of 4 would have mental health problems in their life.
