What percentage of people do you think are certifiably crazy and need mental health help?

Possibly need to be locked up for a while till they improve?

I was just thinking about FIVE people I have met, or who live in my building, who fill the bill.

I think that's about 20% of the people I see regularly.

10 to 15 percent. most of those can be managed with medication most likely. and then there are some who need inpatient. because sadly, some people just wont take the meds they are prescribed.
