Do you find it awkward when you bump into Someone and they say they know you, but you cant remember their name?

I definitely find it awkward. It makes me feel like I've forgotten their name or forgotten to pay attention to them. I'm always very embarrassed when this happens, and I feel bad for making the other person feel like I didn't care about them enough to remember their name.
