I met somebody through work as i was going through my separation.

She was smart; funny; damn good at her job which made it easier for us to work together and shifts weren't a chore.

On occasion we'd go to a gig or out for a meal or off to the theatre. We had similar interests.

But she had troubles of her own that i couldn't fix. Think she may have thought the same of me.

@Picklebobble2 Do you think things could be better now, and call her for another date?
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
@HurtMe Oh we haven't stayed in touch. She got transferred and i left not long afterwards both to different companies.

But no.
I think sometimes when you work closely together and get to know each other well, it gives the impression you might have some sort of connection beyond the shitty environment in which you happen to have been thrown together in

@Picklebobble2 I see. You are with someone now aren't you? I'll have to get back to you tomorrow.

Good, because going from one setting right into another is risky. @Picklebobble2

@FlowersNButterflies Not even about that though is it.
Some of us know if things are wrong in our lives there’s no point in compounding a situation with somebody who is in no better position than you and for the same reasons !
