Only if you take the necessary steps. There are a lot of smart people who go nowhere. Like me, for instance. Another thing with intelligent people is you have to be wary of complacency.

Smartasses are ppl with lack of knowledge, who aren't doers, like to yak all the time to prove and put a mask over the lack of life experiences.
