I wish I wasn't shy in the real world

I think people with overbearing parents tend to be more shy than people with loving accepting parents who allow their children to be themselves happily idk if that was your experience or not i think people are less shy when they are confident that they are loved and accepted and that their voice and opinions matter.. like an experience thing? Idk i think shyness is a self protection self preservation thing a kind of fear or others and their opinions in a negative way.. my neighbors probably think im weird because im shy irl at times and a total recluse who is always hiding 😒 perhaps blocking people on here is a type of shyness.. 🤐 i think i blocked you several times in the past few days because i took offense to some things you said but i unblocked you because you were talking to someone else and i didn't want to interfere with the conversation but then i blocked you again when i saw a post you made that personally insulted me tho .. i felt guilty afterwards and unblocked you.. i’m probably too block happy in avoiding negative influence and personalities 😐 but im trying to be better .. i haven't been very christian the past few years but i’m heading back now to be more jesus focused .. sorry if this is a long comment 🤐😳

There's nothing wrong with being shy.

It takes all manner of people in the world.

In my case is not shyness, it's full-on social anxiety. I avoid people like the plague. I used to think I was just "shy" but eventually realized it was much deeper. It undermined any chance I had at success or prosperity.
