Old friend reached out asking me to connect with another one of our friends

Who has recently lost her baby.

Problem is: I have not been in contact with that friend (who just lost a baby) for over a decade now, we weren't on very good terms by the end of our high school days, and a few years later she had reached out to me to ask me to write a poem that she could publish under her own name, which I refused.
I basically don't know her anymore. And it was the time of my life that I don't want to be reminded of. All these people, they are from that time. It's already bringing back really bad memories. I don't want to open any old wounds.

Maybe that's selfish of me. But I don't want to go back in time.
