Why do people write reviews for products that I've just received & have yet to use?

The 'review' is simply them stating that it's not actually a review at all.

If you do that; what is your deficiency?!

Because they were asked to by the company they ordered the product from. I don't get it either. Why write something like "I don't know yet, I've only been using it for a week" on a product that is advertised as something that shows results only after a month or later? They just clutter the space with irrelevant posts.
