It seems like nobody has time to help others anymore,when did people become so selfish?

People got busier and so focused on their own thing they dont notice.
There was an assignment a professor (i think he might be a doctor) I believe it was Daniel Goleman, but he gave an assignment to his students that they had to go to the library to reasearch the subject of the good samaritan. In the students path to the library he put a person who was disabled and needed help. The students didnt notice the person who needed help because they were so focused on getting to the library to do their research.

I used to wonder this until I realized that most of us are just in survival mode. You can't pour from an empty cup and so many people's cups are empty right now.

I do try to help others if I'm in a position to help and if it's for a good cause.

I feel like many people have come to believe that the world is a selfish place, and they behave as such. I am unapologetically selfish at times.

I think it has a lot to do with the dollar being more valuable than life.

When they stated to love things instead of people.

Everyone is in survival mode.
