I Am Self-centered

After some research and a lot of observing, I diagnose myself with loneliness.

Would you think its loneliness or would you think it's a hole in your soul and the racing thoughts are making you lonely . That's mainly what self centred ness is about and the thoughts of the self centred ness could lead into serious depression .

@Melpomene it can get deeper with the mind and soul as in emotions , racing thoughts , loosing hope , feeling worthless , when your on your own a lot , a lot of self doubt can come in about your identity and who you are . Usually it fear that brings it in . Can be caused be trauma , usually is and then you isolate as way as safety and to find yourself again cause people can be an distraction

@MakeAspirit But what did you do when you isolated yourself?
I usually used to read, draw, write, express myself in any way or just make something useful out of such emotions. Frustration only gave me lots of tears and a weak heart.
Oh yeah, my mind is quite deep when it comes to pain and all the emotions we feel but hide.

=From what i read in the comment it might help you to find out your personality. I am a ENFP, the most introverted extrovert, Our primary way of living is the Why? WHy? why we are always asking ourselves, but the second way that we live is through our our need to make sure we are stilla cting with our values. This causes us to detach and go seek our values again. Its crazy.

YOur self awareness is impressive.
