Why do some people feel the need to comment on others business?

Like the way I dress. Do these people have nothing better to do with their time or just like being obnoxious idiots. Or it could be a lack of exposure to different kinds of people and ideas so they assume someone different from them is in the wrong. I’m getting fed up with the rude comments about how warmly dressed and bundled up I am. It’s freezing 60 degrees and some others think it’s strange that I am dressed like it’s winter. Yeah because it’s really cold out these stupid morons. I could ask why are they dressed like it’s summer when it’s not only cold outside but now it’s autumn. And I don’t like proselytizing to the man who randomly told us that he wanted to tell us we need to accept Jesus Christ and be born again in order to get to heaven. Telling random strangers that is annoying. Look believe what you want and I’m even open to discussing religion, spirituality, and philosophy when it’s relevant to the conversation and to know someone better but randomly telling someone that is a little rude.
