Weak Liberals

Why do people come here have all these groups and posts that make it seem like they are these "enlightened " people but the true reality is that they are just creating divide with number one telling us all about their belief system if you want to call it that, then get shitty when you ask for clarification of what is said or even motive? Then number two its all about their self satisfaction and kinks anyways! So where's this "higher road" they claim to be on? Its one thing if someone comes here and does their thing, but to be told how to be and act from someone new here gets annoying...and lets be honest what "real" woman comes here and serves herself up like that as it is seen time and time again!

Okay what liberal positions are you having trouble with? Ask me and I'm happy to help explain.

@BorealPedant I would hope solutions not based on left or right but the good of all of us! People who need help get it kinda things....school improvement instead of indoctrination.

@BeyondCool Sure and I don't really like "the left" as a movement and the political parties don't represent anybody.

Instead like... we all want the same shit. We want affordability, safety, good jobs, dignity, that kinda thing. And so I want to find ways for us to get that stuff without just trusting some politician to do it for us. "Us" means regular people working together to find ways to help each other out.

school improvement instead of indoctrination

What improvements?
What indoctrination?

@SomeMichGuy What are you even asking? What school improvements are needed? That should be obvious in scores of the youth of our nation compared to other nations! Teachers should actually teach the curriculum rather than pushing their political values and gender issues....and considering most teachers or professors are liberal minded does it surprise anyone that we have multiple generations thinking "poor me or what the government can give me", rather than what they can do to build their futures.....

I have my own ideas, but you said we need improvements, not indoctrination, so I'm asking you to make concrete points, rather than hand-waving talking points.

What EXACTLY do you think needs to be improved?

You did refer to two things: scores and curricula.

SCORES
So a whole bunch of people who don't like to find out their kid isn't gifted / a genius have pushed back on standardized testing.

Are you for it?

[I think we need MORE, not less, and we need to have major checkpoints where we give oral exams where kids go in front of a panel and are asked questions (it shows how and if people think).]

CURRICULUM
Teachers and profs typically DO teach the curriculum. Where have you seen them doing otherwise?

The last thing you raised is "agenda" and "liberal". Are you afraid of people becoming non-racist or no longer being fearful of "others"? And why do you think political notions of a teacher / professor bleed into teaching in most areas?

Why do you think liberal teachers / profs have created poverty, which is a systemic thing due to choices made in part by businesses (sending jobs overseas)--shouldn't you be looking at the leanings of Business School professors for that?

But let's be concrete:

STEM teachers don't have an agenda such as you are claiming.

So how is it that people here are so bad in STEM?

And how about basic geography? Does geographical knowledge--as knowledge of where topographical and political (countries) features are located...does that haveban "agenda"? We have people who are idiots about that.
