Well, the truth is that no woman can hold any blame whatsoever for a man's ignorance and insensitivity. His lacking in those attributes are not about her but are strictly about him. Her job is to make him aware of his shortcomings by introducing consequences for non-compliance to their relationship. Her job is not to be his mother or his psychologist.

That would actually be better. I understand how everyone likes to flirt in our own spaces, on our own time, but to have a guy's flirtatious nature put in his wife's face like that... even just once, is grounds for cutting him loose and setting him free. Not vindictively, just effectively.

some men can be pigs but not all.....on another note i used to get female sales reps (freight companies) show up. if they were drop dead gorgeous and knew it they would dress provocatively to try to get my business...i never bought into it. that was some time ago and nowadays the ladies dress way more conservative when it comes to business

The reason that guy in his 60's showed up in your office and let you experience who he was as an obtuse misogynistic male, is because he's done that sort of thing to women all his life and like you, taking exception to his behavior was not their style either. That is why he has gone so far in his life without being called-out by someone who could have nipped his behavior in the bud somewhere along the way.
Where this will end for him in a very abrupt way is when he pulls that same stunt on a woman and the woman's husband catches him in the act, in which case the police will most likely be called to the scene after the incident gets completely out of hand ...and for good reason.
