They should be overturned the same as Trump pardons for the January Sixers should be overturned otherwise if none of these people have to obey the law then why do the rest of us do why don't we all just do what we feel like doing and gun fight it out in the streets and take what we feel like taking and put an end to the pretenses

Posts saying that a Judge Joseph Barron on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit ruled pardons granted by former U.S. President Joe Biden on the last day of his presidency to be unconstitutional stem from a satirical Facebook page.
There is no judge by that name on the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and a review of the court's website, opens new tab shows that no such decision was issued as of Feb. 4.
